• Yard contacts

• Form analysis

• Personal judgement and experience

Daily Content is usually published after approximately 7:30am, but no specific posting time is guaranteed.

The Service may include:

• Commentary on runners from named stables

• Opinions on whether horses are fancied, need the run, or have a stronger chance

• Notes on unraced horses (including 2yo and 3yo runners)

• Occasional selections described as “Max Bet” or strongly-fancied

The Service does not provide betting advice, financial advice, or guarantees of outcome.

• All payments are one-off payments for the chosen Membership Period.

• No automatic renewals will occur.

• Once the Membership Period ends, access expires automatically.

• You must be 18 or over to purchase or use the Service.

Discounts and promotional offers, including any “welcome bonus”, are offered at the sole discretion of Info From The Stables and may be refused, withdrawn, or cancelled at any time.

Where a discount or bonus is described as being for new members only, it may be redeemed once per person only, regardless of:

• The number of accounts created

• Email addresses used

• Payment methods used

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for any discount or bonus and to withhold, cancel, or revoke any discount or bonus where we reasonably believe it has been claimed more than once or abused.

Membership fees are non-refundable, including (but not limited to) situations where:

• You change your mind.

• You do not use or access the Members Area.

• You disagree with the information provided.

• Results do not meet your expectations.

This is because the Service provides immediate access to digital content.

By purchasing access, you acknowledge and agree that your statutory right to cancel is waived once access is granted.

• Membership is for your personal use only.

• You must not share your login details with anyone else.

• You must not copy, forward, screenshot, distribute or publish any of the Content, whether privately or publicly.

• Any suspected sharing, redistribution, reposting, or misuse of Content may lead to immediate suspension of access without refund.

Memberships and user accounts are restricted to one account per person.

Creating or using multiple accounts in order to obtain additional discounts, bonuses, or promotional benefits is not permitted.

Where multiple accounts are identified or reasonably suspected, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate all related accounts

• Withdraw any applied discounts or bonuses

• Deny future access or offers

No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.

Racing involves risk. Betting involves financial risk. You are responsible for all betting decisions.

You acknowledge and agree that:

1. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

2. Any historical strike-rates or examples (including references to strong results or “Max Bet” performance) are historical observations only, not promises or guarantees.

3. No selection is guaranteed to win.

4. Horses can underperform for many reasons outside anyone’s control.

5. The Service provides information and opinion, not regulated financial advice.

Info From The Stables is not liable for:

• Betting losses

• Missed bets

• Changes in market prices

• Inaccuracies provided by third-party yard contacts

• Events or errors outside our control

Your betting activity is entirely your own responsibility.

The Service is intended for responsible adults who enjoy horse racing.

• You must be 18+ to use the Service.

• Never bet more than you can afford to lose.

All Content within the Members Area is the intellectual property of Info From The Stables.
You may not:

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of access with no refund and potential legal action.

We aim to publish daily information by around 7.30am, but we do not guarantee specific publication times.
The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

We are not liable for:

• Website downtime

• Delays in posting

• Temporary access interruptions

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Info From The Stables shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss incurred from betting

• Loss of profits, revenue or business

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Content

• Delays, disruptions, or technical problems

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is not to renew your membership.
